Step by step cooking :
Step 1: Take a pan and boil milk in it and keep cooking till it gets
half liter and a bit thick.
Step 2: Now add cardamom
seed and sugar and keep stirring. Till you feel its thick enough. It took me
1/2 hour after putting the sugar.
Step 3: Now lower the heat and made the balls mix nido and baking
powder and sift them.
Step 4: So that baking powder evenly mix in it.
Step 5: Now add ghee and mix some of the cardamom seed.
Step 6: Now in the end the egg mixes with the tips of finger and
make soft dough.
Step 7: Make oval balls out of them and put them in the heated
milk in low. They slowly get puffy.
Step 8: Keep cooking for 5 to 10 minutes in the milk then remove
them from stove.
Step 9: Now garnish them with nuts. And keep them in fridge.
