Step By Step Cooking for Sindhi Biryani :-
Step 1: Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, gram masala powder, garlic paste and ginger paste to the chicken and mix.
Step 2: Add yogurt and oil and mix and leave to marinate. Heat ghee in a pan.
Step 3: Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, black cardamoms, green cardamoms, cloves and onions and saute.
Step 4: Add chicken qeema and stir and continue to saute. Break the qeema lumps with the ladle as you sauté.

Step 5: Add potato and sauté. Add salt, green chilies and chicken and stir well. Add mint leaves and rice and stir to mix well. Add water and mix.
Step 6: When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and add saffron milk.
Step 7: Cover and cook till both the rice and chicken are cooked and then serve.
