How to cook Kebab ( Khichdi Kebab Recipe)

How to cook:

Step -1:     Apply little water or oil on your palms so that mixture do not stick to your palm and make round shaped Kebabs. Step -2: It will make around 4 Kebabs. Step -3: Take sesame seeds in a plate. Cover all the Kebabs with sesame on every side. Step -4: Now shallow fry all the Kebabs in hot oil on medium flame till crisp on every side. It will take 3 min for one side to become crispy. Step -5: Take out in a plate and sprinkle chat masala on Kebabs while still it’s too hot. Step -6: Put a big dollop of hung yogurt on it and top it with any chutney you like. Step -7: Then Its Ready for serve so serve hot and enjoy.
