How to Cook Stock Fish (Stock Fish Recipe)

 How to Cook:


          Step-1: Melt butter in a deep pan; sweat the onions with bay leaf, peppercorns and parsley stalks. Step-2 Add the washed bones. Step-3 Add white wine cover with a lid and lightly stews for approximately 5 minutes without color. Step-4: Add cold water and bring to boil. Skim and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Step-5: Strain and reserve for use.
