Gajar ka Halwa Recipe
How to cook:
Step-1: Take
shredded carrots in a pot with a little bit butter and put the pot on the
cooking lamp, shake with cooking spoon after every while and cook till the
water of carrots get dried. Step-2: When
water of carrots gets dried then insert cooking oil or Butter and fries the
carrots. Step-3: Then add 300 grams
sugar, Cardamom powder in it and cook until the sugar gets mixed in it. Step-4: After sugar gets mixed add
khoya in it and shake it for a while with cooking spoon Step-5: Then insert dry milk in it and cook till the dry milk and
khoya gets mixed. Step-6 In the end sprinkles
the dry fruits and mixed them in it.
