How to cook:
Step 1: take a pan and boil keema in it. After boiling and dry
this. Step 2: take rice and wash them be carefully. Then take another
pan and boil the rice by mixing of Chinese salt. Step 3: take pan and one cup of oil then onion and fry it.
Then mix tomato, ginger paste, red pepper, salt, biryani masala, black pepper,
vinegar, zeera, green chili and mix it. When its ready then mix boiled keema
with it and mix then cover it for 15 minutes at low heat. Step 4: When Keema Masala is ready and take a big size vessel
.layer of rice in the last and then 2nd layer of keema masala then
again rice layer again and again use this method then makea zarda color layer after this cover it for 5 to
10 minutes at low heat. Step 5: Put it into a Dish then Garnish with coriander and
serve it with raita .
