Step-1: Boil the dozen
of eggs and put them aside. Step-2 Boil
the potatoes, after boiling the potatoes mix them with the miner pieces of
chicken meat. Step-3 sprinkle Black
paper powder, red pepper powder, Salt and green coriander at the mixer of meat
& potatoes and melt them. Step-4 put
the un-boiled eggs in a pot after breaking, sprinkle black-paper and salt, add
some water in it and melt them hard. Step-5
Cut the boiled eggs and make the small pieces of mixer of meat and potatoes
in round shape, place cut pieces of boiled eggs around every small round shape
piece of mixer of meat & potatoes and sprinkle crumb of bun on it. Step-6
dip these round pieces covered by eggs in the melt of un-boiled eggs and
fry in the cooking oil.
