Step-1: Cut chicken
in the form of normal pieces and insert it into a pot. Step-2: Blend ginger, garlic, black paper, and curd. Step-3: Add blended ginger, garlic,
black paper, and curd into the chicken also insert chaat masala, salt and red
chilli pepper powder in it. Sprinkle the lemon on the mixer then add egg into
the mixer and mix the all things very well. Step-3: Cover the pot and put the pot in the freezer for at-least 8
hours if freezer is at normal cooling if it is at high or higher put for the
time that these things get enough cold but not get freeze. Step-4: Then add one cup of grams flour in the chicken and put the
pot on the cooking heater and deep fry the chicken.
