Chicken Marsala Sauce Recipe
Step by Step cooking:
1 Put the flour and pepper
on a plate and dredge the prepared cutlets.
Add the oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and heat it on
medium heat.
When butter is foaming add cutlets in it and seam-side down.

4 Cook the cutlets until golden brown, and transfer them into a
baking dish and cook them in a oven for 5 minutes.
5 Reduce the heat under a pan and then add marsala. Cook for 3
minutes while stirring constantly and scuffing up browned bits.
6 Add the capers and parsley. Stir in remaining butter. And add
the sauce over chicken
7 Now your dish is ready to serve.
