Step by step cooking : Arroz con pollo Recipe
Step
1: Season the chicken with black pepper and salt.
Step 2: Heat the oil in medium high heat then
add the chicken and cook until golden brown.
Step 3: Remove the chicken and keep aside,
leave the oil in the pan.
Step 4: Add green pepper, yellow pepper,
garlic and onion and stir well. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are
tender and then add tomatoes and apples in the pan.
Step 5: Add tomatoes and apples and cook for
8-10 minutes. Stir in the Red pepper and paprika.
Step 6: Add the rice and cook for 2 minutes
while stirring. Add chicken broth and bring a boil over medium heat and then
reduce the heat and topped with chicken and cover it. Cook until liquid is
absorbed. Sprinkle with parsley leaves.
Step 7: Serve hot.
