How to Cook:
Step-1: Cut chicken
in the form of normal pieces and insert it into a pot.Step-2:Blend ginger, garlic, black paper, and curd. Step-3: Add blended ginger, garlic,
black paper, and curd into the chicken also insert chaat masala, salt, lemon
juice, red chilli pepper powder and 1
table spoon oil in it. Step-3: Put
it in refrigerator for 2 -3 hours to marinate. Step-4: Put into
steel stock pot on the light burner for 20 minutes after that put some oil
drops and then stream at coal for 2 minutes.
