How to cook Yakhni Pulao:
Step-1: Take a bit cooking oil in the pot and insert minor salt and red
pepper in it and onion. Step-2: Cook until onion color turn
into brown then adds meat in it adds some water then cook till the flashes of
meat becomes eatable. Step-3: Then take four glass water in a
pot adds aniseed, coriander seed, one onion, tomato, salt, red pepper, cumin,
and cover the pot and cook till the 4 glass water turn into 2 glass
water. Step-4: Then separate the flashes of meat in a pot and
water (Sop) in another pot. Step-5: Take half cup of cooking
oil in a pot and 1 onion cook till it get brown then insert cardamom, black
pepper, blended garlic, and cooked flashes of the meat and cook for 2 minute
then insert green pepper then add rice to it and at the end add yakhni (sop)
and cook till the rice get cooked and become eatable.
